Ingredients:
- ½ c carob powder
- ½ c honey
- 1 c peanut butter
Method:
- Mix carob powder into honey.
- Stir in peanut butter.
- Leave in fridge for about an hour to firm up.
- Form into balls by rolling between palms of hands.
- Roll in coconut or toasted sesame seeds.
- Freeze on a plate and then place in plastic bag or container until ready to use.
- Eat frozen or cold.
