Method:

  1. Mix carob powder into honey.
  2. Stir in peanut butter.
  3. Leave in fridge for about an hour to firm up.
  4. Form into balls by rolling between palms of hands.
  5. Roll in coconut or toasted sesame seeds.
  6. Freeze on a plate and then place in plastic bag or container until ready to use.
  7. Eat frozen or cold.
