Ingredients:
- 3 cups Soya milk
- 1 can coconut cream
- 3 heaped T corn flour
- 4 T carob powder
- 2 t vanilla extract
- ½ c honey or ¼ c maple syrup
Method:
- Blend coconut cream, corn flour, carob powder and vanilla with one cup Soya milk.
- Pour into saucepan and add the other two cups of soya milk.
- Heat carefully, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
- Add honey or maple syrup and mix in.
- Pour into bowl and cool.
- Decorate with fruit, coconut or chopped nuts.
