Method:

  1. Blend coconut cream, corn flour, carob powder and vanilla with one cup Soya milk.
  2. Pour into saucepan and add the other two cups of soya milk.
  3. Heat carefully, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
  4. Add honey or maple syrup and mix in.
  5. Pour into bowl and cool.
  6. Decorate with fruit, coconut or chopped nuts.
