Ingredients:
- 1 c hot water
- 1 c peanut butter
- 1 T carob powder
- 1 c chopped dates
- 1 t vanilla
Method:
- Soak dates in hot water for a few minutes.
- Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and whiz together until smooth.
- Spoon into a jar and cool.
- Keep in fridge and use as a spread on bread/crackers or as a topping on cakes.
