Ingredients:
- ½ c raisins or sultanas
- 1 c prunes, pitted and quartered
- 1 c dried apricots, quartered
- 4-5 c pineapple juice
- 2 T arrowroot
- ¼ c water
Method:
- Soak dried fruit in water and rinse well to remove preservatives.
- Combine first four ingredients in saucepan.
- Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Blend arrowroot and water in cup.
- Add to fruit.
- Bring to boil, stirring, and simmer for a few more minutes until thick and clear.
