Method:

  1. Soak dried fruit in water and rinse well to remove preservatives.
  2. Combine first four ingredients in saucepan.
  3. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Blend arrowroot and water in cup.
  5. Add to fruit.
  6. Bring to boil, stirring, and simmer for a few more minutes until thick and clear.
