Method:

  1. Put first two ingredients in bowl.
  2. Place all other ingredients in blender and blend till smooth.
  3. Spread on baking tray and place in oven at 80°C for several hours until dry (may leave in oven overnight).
  4. Stir occasionally while baking.
  5. Remove from oven and stir in dried fruit.
  6. Place in container for storing.
  7. Serve with fresh fruit and nut/soy/rice milk.

Variation:

  1. Instead of 1 c hot water and ½ c oil, add ½ c hot water and 3-4 ripe bananas.
  2. Blend as above.
