Ingredients:
- ½ c almonds or cashews
- ¼ t salt
- 1 t vanilla
- 8 dates
- 1 c warm water
- 3 c cold water
Method:
- Place dates and warm water in blender and leave for few minutes.
- Add nuts, salt and vanilla.
- Blend till smooth.
- Add rest of water and blend.
- Pour into jug and store in fridge.
- When removing from fridge, stir before use.
Variation:
- Can blend in dash of lemon juice, banana, carob powder or strawberries for variety.
