Method:

  1. Place dates and warm water in blender and leave for few minutes.
  2. Add nuts, salt and vanilla.
  3. Blend till smooth.
  4. Add rest of water and blend.
  5. Pour into jug and store in fridge.
  6. When removing from fridge, stir before use.

Variation:

  1. Can blend in dash of lemon juice, banana, carob powder or strawberries for variety.
