Ingredients:
- 1 x 825g can of pineapple pieces (in natural juice)
- 1 x 400ml can of coconut milk
- 1 banana or 1 T honey
- ½ c cashew or macadamia nuts
Method:
- Strain juice from pineapple.
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve with cooked grains and fruit.
