Method:

  1. Rinse quinoa well.
  2. Place in pan with water and salt.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer until cooked, approximately 20-30 minutes.
  5. When done, the quinoa grain appears translucent and the germ ring is visible.
  6. Serve with fruit sauce and pineapple cream, or any combination of fresh fruit and milk.
