Ingredients:
- 1 c quinoa
- 2 c water
- ¾ t salt
Method:
- Rinse quinoa well.
- Place in pan with water and salt.
- Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until cooked, approximately 20-30 minutes.
- When done, the quinoa grain appears translucent and the germ ring is visible.
- Serve with fruit sauce and pineapple cream, or any combination of fresh fruit and milk.
