Ingredients:
- 6-8 dates (or 2 t honey)
1 c hot water
1 c cooked brown rice
¼ c cashew nuts
pinch salt
1 t vanilla
Method:
- Soak dates in hot water for a few minutes.
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- With blender on low, add more water until there is 5-6 c of liquid.
- Pour into jug.
