Ingredients:
- 1 c wholewheat flour
- 2 t baking powder Pinch salt
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 T chopped fresh herbs
- 2 T soy milk
Method:
- Put flour, baking powder and salt in bowl.
- Mix in oil and herbs.
- Bind lightly with milk.
- Form into balls and place in hot soup.
- Cover and simmer for 10-20 minutes.
