  1. Place plain corn chips or brown rice on plate.Food
  2. Spoon seasoned bean mixture on top.
  3. Then sprinkle on any chopped up salad ingredients (tomato, cucumber, lettuce, olives, beetroot, spring onions, sprouts, etc).
  4. Add guacamole and sunflower seed sour cream.
  5. Sprinkle chopped fresh chives or parsley on top.
