- Place plain corn chips or brown rice on plate.

- Spoon seasoned bean mixture on top.
- Then sprinkle on any chopped up salad ingredients (tomato, cucumber, lettuce, olives, beetroot, spring onions, sprouts, etc).
- Add guacamole and sunflower seed sour cream.
- Sprinkle chopped fresh chives or parsley on top.
