Ingredients:
- 4 c wholemeal pasta
- 8 c boiling water
- 1½ t salt
Method:
- Boil pasta in water with salt for 8 minutes, or as directed on the packet.
- Place in casserole dish.
- Pour tomato sauce (see below) over the top and then the creamy sauce (see below).
- Bake covered for 30 minutes at 180ºC.
- Sprinkle whole-wheat breadcrumbs over the top and bake a further 15 minutes on low heat or until brown.
