Method:

  1. Boil pasta in water with salt for 8 minutes, or as directed on the packet.
  2. Place in casserole dish.
  3. Pour tomato sauce (see below) over the top and then the creamy sauce (see below).
  4. Bake covered for 30 minutes at 180ºC.
  5. Sprinkle whole-wheat breadcrumbs over the top and bake a further 15 minutes on low heat or until brown.
