Ingredients:
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 T olive oil 1 lg onion, chopped
- ½ green pepper, chopped
- 1 lg can tomatoes
- ½ c tomato paste
- 2 t fresh basil, chopped
- 1 t fresh oregano, chopped
- 2 bay leaves
- ½ t salt
Method:
- Saute garlic, onion and pepper in olive oil until soft.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer for up to an hour to blend flavours.
