Ingredients:
- 2 c tomato juice
- ¾ c brown lentils, finely ground
- 3 t yeast flakes
- 1 T soy sauce
- ½ T onion powder
- pinch garlic powder
- ½ t sage
- ½ t thyme
- ½ t cumin
Method:
- Mix all ingredients together in a pan.
- Cook for 25 minutes, stirring often.
- Press into a round or square container and chill until firm.
- Slide out and slice.
- Serve on wholegrain bread or crackers with tomato, cucumber and sprouts.
