Method:

   To cook millet:

  1. Use 1 cup of uncooked millet to 3 cups of water and ½ t salt.
  2. Bring salted water to a boil.
  3. Add the millet while stirring.
  4. Return to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 45-60 minutes.
  5. Grains should be cooked slowly.

   To make patties:

  1. Place sunflower seeds, walnuts and cashew nuts in blender and blend till fine.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Form into patties and place on oiled baking paper on a baking tray.
  4. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes, turning them over halfway through.
  5. Serve with tomato sauce.
